The right to anguish

Desde la filosofía antropológica existencial, se explica por qué resulta importante el percibir la angustia y el sufrimiento de una manera distinta a la cotidiana. La angustia y el sufrimiento se deben tomar como un medio para poder experimentar la existencia, a modo de un proyecto abierto y con libertad, consiguiendo así enfrentar el sinsentido de la vida de una manera “propia”. Se muestran también los obstáculos principales para poder alcanzar dicha actitud ante el sufrimiento y la angustia, explicando por qué esta experiencia resulta un lujo actualmente, cuando debería ser un derecho para todos los seres humanos. Finalmente se brinda una propuesta del papel que nos correspondería tomar a los psicólogos para contribuir a la construcción de un mundo más humano.
