InterviewAbstract
The university crisis that began in 2022 with the illegitimate appointment of a rector, but which has its roots in the way the university has been governed by past administrations and the intrusion of private interests foreign to its objectives, is a clear example of the need for an honest, diligent, and institutionally committed administration. Therefore, it is interesting to gain insight from three individuals who share a common vision and lead the School of Psychological Sciences, with the support of their administrative team and the trust of the constituents: students, faculty, and professionals, for two consecutive terms. This is the reason behind the interest in conducting an interview with Mynor Estuardo Lemus Urbina, the director; Julia Alicia Ramírez Orizábal, the secretary; and Karla Amparo Carrera Vela, the faculty representative on the Board of Directors. These individuals are the ones responsible for the political, administrative, and academic tasks of guiding the School of Psychological Sciences.
