On the occasion of the completion of four years of continuous and systematic work by the Professional Research Unit (UIP) of the Center for Psychological Research - Cieps, it is important to inform the university community about a summary of its achievements in the field of psychology research. The path taken has been winding, filled with challenges and satisfactions. The concept of synergy, the joint action of various organs in carrying out a function, is its fundamental strategy. It signifies the unity of institutional and interinstitutional efforts to consolidate a project that was presented to the Board of Directors in 2016 and institutionalized during the management of the Board of Directors 2017-2020.
